I have over 13 years’ experience in the CRM domain in various industries ranging from Public, Telco, Retail, Energy, Automotive, Financial to Insurance.  I like to pass on my knowledge to students by giving guest lectures on HBO institutions in The Netherlands. I have been lead reviewer in several published Oracle and training books and I have shared our Customer Success story together with our customer Wolters Kluwer in a Partner Breakout presentation at Dreamforce 2019.
