In my current role as a Vice President at Capgemini, India & Global Head of portfolio Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services , I am responsible for defining the portfolio of offers for the Engineering Services business. Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services offers a unique portfolio addressing the end-end value chain enabling the digital transformation of clients’ products, manufacturing, and operations.
I have a varied experience of 25+ years in managing engineering relationships across Medical Devices, Storage & Networking and Industrial Automation domain.
My experience spans consulting customers, managing global delivery operations, building teams, planning and executing end-to-end product development programs and setting up large ODCs.
I keenly follow the technology trends and their impact on Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services business.
Prior to joining Capgemini in the year 2016, I was associated with two of the leading IT Consulting Services and Business solutions provider supporting them in their Product Engineering business in India.
