Volker is Capgemini Invent’s Global Managing Director of Enterprise Transformation & Invent Portfolio. He is also Country Sales Officer for Capgemini Invent in Germany. With a proven track record in strategic program management and data driven business transformation, Volker goes beyond the classical mandates of organization and process management. He supports clients across their end to end transformation journeys, driving the adoption of technology and data and increasing awareness of sustainability to achieve business growth.
As a graduate engineer, he combines technical expertise with business competence, preferring to focus on prototype-driven consulting rather than PowerPoint. Having worked at Audi and Philips, and founding two start-ups in his past, Volker joined Capgemini Invent in 2008 and has been a Vice President since 2016.
