Melissa is a leader in Capgemini Invent’s UK Corporate Experience and Workforce and Organisation practice. She is also part of the Invent UK Leadership Team with a focus on Talent and Culture.
Melissa has a passion for working with our clients to turn strategy into reality and brings a proven track record in operating model and business-led, technology and data enabled transformation. For over 15 years, Melissa has supported clients in defining and delivering portfolios of transformation, ensuring that the ‘sum of the parts’ is greater than the whole in delivering strategic ambition. Her approach is collaborative and centred on driving action, impact, and value creation. She has a particular expertise in the Retail and Consumer Products Sector where she has been driving transformation for UK, European and Global clients.
Melissa has been part of Capgemini since 2011 and a VP since 2020.
