I have over 20 years of experience in the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise IT services. When organizations seek to transform, automate, and modernize their IT services delivery and governance, it is essential to take a collaborative and pragmatic approach. I take on this responsibility, knowing the high standard of service our clients expect from Capgemini, and work to ensure excellence in our delivery.
My team includes over 400 consultants; each possesses extensive process-digitalization experience and expertise in large-scale implementations for Fortune 500 customers. We dedicate ourselves to designing and implementing solutions for cost savings, improved customer satisfaction, platform consolidation, and transformational success.
